INFORMATION ABOUT ORDERS, ORDER MANAGEMENT AND QUERIES

Order entry and order tracking
Please contact your local branch office, which will enter your orders (fax, post, e-mail) into our order management system. Your contact will always have up-to-date information about the status of your order.


Shipment/Loading time
Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 17:00 pm.
The truck has to arrive latest at 16:30 pm.


Complaint management
If you have complaints, please notify your contact at the local branch office. Your query will be entered in a complaint management system so that it can be processed and resolved as quickly as possible. LANXESS places great value on using this system to derive corrective measures.


Please download the complaint template, fill out all information and send it to your local contact person. This process ensures that you get a quick and high-value feedback of your Sales Team.


Sample ordering
To order samples, please contact your local branch office, which will send the requested samples to you in two to three days.
