In addition to the familiar Bayoxide® E 33 products for drinking water treatment, products for purifying wastewater are also available. Products from the Bayoxide® E IN line remove arsenic, phosphate, antimony, lead, cadmium, vanadium and other substances from wastewater and process water.

These products are used in granular form in a continuous fixed-bed process. The water flows through the filter system, which reliably adsorbs the impurities listed above. The outstanding adsorption capacity of Bayoxide® E products means that the filterhas a very long service life .

Products for treating and purifying water are marketed by the LANXESS Liquid Purification Technologies (LPT) business unit.
