Black

LANXESS high-quality iron oxide black pigments are manufactured at its sites in Krefeld-Uerdingen (Germany) and Porto Feliz (Brazil).

The hues of black pigments range from a medium tinting strength and a pronounced bluish cast to intense shades of black with a hint of blue. The product Bayferrox® 360 combines a bluish color shade with intense tinting strength.

Black pigments can be used for many aspects of coloring construction materials, for paint and coating applications, and in the plastics industry. Like all LANXESS inorganic iron oxide pigments, they offer excellent tinting strength and color consistency. Their chemical composition and structure ensures that the products are completely lightfast and offer excellent weather and UV stability.

Bayferrox® 303 T is a special black pigment developed by LANXESS. Modifying pigments with manganese oxide gives them excellent heat stability.

LANXESS black pigments range from hues with a medium tinting strength and a pronounced bluish cast to intense shades of black with a hint of blue.
